Supplemented collagen peptides mimic the breakdown of the skin’s own collagen, triggering fibroblasts in the dermis to produce new collagen molecules.
Vitamin C-Powered Synthesis
Vitamin C, a potent antioxidant and essential nutrient for collagen synthesis, plays a crucial role in stabilizing collagen molecules and promoting their formation. It also protects skin from oxidative stress, allowing collagen to perform optimally in maintaining skin health and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
Synergistic Benefits and Consumer Appeal
Formulated together, collagen peptides and vitamin C deliver synergistic benefits, improving skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles, and enhancing skin texture. This combination offers consumers a high-performing and scientifically backed solution for skin health, making it an appealing option in the beauty and wellness supplement market.
What can customer expect?
Week 4
By the fourth week, you’ve begun to see the effects of key ingredients that support hydration and skin repair. Consistent use is already showing improvements, with your skin feeling more nourished and ready for deeper changes.
Week 8
At the eight-week mark, your skin’s transformation is well underway. Wrinkles appear reduced, elasticity is noticeably improved, and your skin feels firmer and more youthful. The overall tone is brighter and more even, leaving you with a radiant, confident appearance.
Clinically proven
Significant improvement in skin structure and texture, which directly translates into wrinkles depth and volume reduction in just 16 weeks.

Designed
to taste great
Next to high performance, user experience of your end customers are at the most importance for us.
Thanks to TOSLA’s patented VELIOUS™ flavor technology, the two ingredients known for their unpleasant flavor can be combined with ease, without sacrificing the palatability of the end product.
The clinical study examined the formulation with 5.000 mg of TOSLA selected Collagen peptides and 80 mg of Vitamin C, produced with VELIOUS™ technology.
Study Design
An independent institute conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study with 87 women aged 40-65, BMI under 35.
Study Objective
Primary endpoints of the study were evaluating the capability of test products to promote the synthesis of collagen and elastin fibres in the dermal layer of the skin.

21,6%
improvement in dermis density
Losing skin density manifests in sagging, fine lines and wrinkles.
Skin density is the combination of collagen and elastin, along with other lipids and amino acids, that create the matrix of the dermis.
The clinical study showed a significant, 21,6% improvement in dermis density using a Collagen and Vitamin C combination.

Effects of intervention on dermis
Ultrasound images of the dermis at baseline and after 16 weeks.
In the ultrasound images, the white line to the left represents the epidermis with a water film, to the right followed by dermis, characterized by varying intensities, and subcutis by low-intensity areas due to a homogenous composition.
An increase in dermis echogenicity is visible, indicating an improvement in dermal density throughout the study, while no important change can be observed from images for subject from placebo group.
+1,5%
improvement in dermis thickness
Losing dermis thickness causes loss of skin elasticity.
Genetics undoubtedly contribute to the problem of thin skin, but ultraviolet light (sun & tanning beds) actually has the biggest impact on thinning our skin.
Losing thickness of our skin is one of the toughest things to reverse due to regular light exposure, so a 1,5% improvement in only 16 weeks is a significant achievement.
104%
improvement
in skin hydration
To prevent the premature appearance of wrinkles, skin hydration is crucial.
Your skin needs water to give it strength and elasticity – in other words, to look and feel healthy.
Skin hydration consequently represents a huge category in skin cosmetics.
The study showed a significant, 104% increase in skin hydration using Collagen supplementation for just 16 weeks.
-2,9%
decrease
in skin roughness (Ra)
Skin hydration and roughness are highly connected.
The study showed that thanks to highly improved skin hydration using a collagen and vitamin C combination, skin roughness decreased by 2.9% as well.
Effects of intervention
on skin roughness (Ra)
Visuals from a subject’s cheek area using the Antera 3D texture mode.
Roughness is quantified by the vertical deviations of a real surface from its ideal form. If these deviations are large, the surface is rough; if they are small the surface is smooth.
A false-colour map is used to identify the areas with textural roughness, where red and yellow colours represent depressed areas, and blue and purple colours represent elevated areas.

wrinkle volumes
With thinner, less hydrated, and less elasticskin, the wrinkles appear.
With age, we lose skin thickness and density, skin is less hydrated and elastic, therefore the natural process of wrinkling begins.
The study shows that we can reverse this process with collagen supplementation. In fact there was an improvement of 13% in maximum wrinkle depth and 11% in wrinkle volumes after 16 weeks.
