Collagen 5.000 mg + MSM
The Synergy of
Supplented collagen peptides mimic a breakdown of skin’s own collagen, triggering fibroblasts in the dermis to produce new collagen molecules.
MSM, a sulphur-rich ingredient with powerful antioxidative and anti inflammatory properties, has a fundamental role in the synthesis of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and keratohyalin, therefore accelerating this processes even more.
Formulated together, they provide a synergistic effect resulting in improved skin texture and reduced wrinkles and fine lines.
Coming at an attractive price point and keeping up in performance with the higher-dose products makes this formulation the most popular choice amongst end consumers.

We source our collagen peptides from upcycled fish and bovine skin in the EU. We have developed specific acceptance criteria to ensure maximum absorption, stability, efficacy, and safety of the recipe, with special attention to potency, adequate hydrolyzation level, low heavy metals content, and more.
Premium ingredient selection
Next to high performance, user experience of your end customers are at the most importance for us.
Thanks to Tosla’s proprietary VELIOUS™ masking technology, the two ingredients known for their unpleasant flavour can be combined with ease, without sacrificing the palatability of the end product.
1 x 25 ml
Clinical study examined the formulation with 5.000 mg of Tosla selected Collagen peptides and 1.500 mg of MSM, produced with VELIOUS™ technology.
An indepentadnt institute conducted a randomised, double-blind, placebo controlled clinical study, involving 27 women aged between 40 to 65 years with a BMI lower than 35.
Primary endpoints of the study were evaluating the capability of test products to promote the synthesis of collagen and elastin fibres in the dermal layer of the skin.

Losing skin density manifests in sagging, fine lines and wrinkles.
Skin density is the combination of collagen and elastin, along with other lipids and amino acids, that create the matrix of the dermis.
The clinical study showed a significant, 20% improvement in dermis density using a Collagen and MSM combination.
Effects of intervention on dermis
Ultrasound images of the dermis at baseline and after 12 weeks
In the ultrasound images, the white line to the left represents the epidermis with a water film, to the right followed by dermis, characterized by varying intensities, and subcutis by low-intensity areas due to a homogenous composition.
An increase in dermis echogenicity is visible, indicating an improvement in dermal density throughout the study, while no important change can be observed from images for subject from placebo group.
Losing dermis thickness causes loss of skin elasticity.
Genetics undoubtedly contribute to the problem of thin skin, but ultraviolet light (sun & tanning beds) actually has the biggest impact on thinning our skin.
Losing the thickness of our skin is one of the toughest things to reverse due to regular light exposure, so a 3,6% improvement in only 12 weeks is a significant achievement.
Hydration is key in preventing premature apperance of wrinkles.
Your skin needs water to give it strength and elasticity – in other words, to look and feel healthy.
Skin hydration consequently represents a huge category in skin cosmetics.
The study showed a significant, 32% increase in skin hydration using Collagen supplementation for just 12 weeks.
MSM addition doubles facial skin texture improvement.
The clinical study showed a significant, 12% difference in skin texture using a Collagen and MSM combination even compared to higher concentrated collagen-only supplement.
The addition of MSM in the formulation doubles the skin roughness improvement comparing to only collagen supplementation.
Effects of intervention
on skin roughness
Visuals from a subjects’ cheek area using the Antera 3D texture mode.
Roughness is quantified by the vertical deviations of a real surface from its ideal form. If these deviations are large, the surface is rough; if they are small the surface is smooth.
A false-color map is used to identify the areas with textural roughness, where red and yellow colours represent depressed areas, and blue and purple colours represent elevated areas.
With thinner, less hydrated, and less elastic skin, the wrinkles appear.
With age, we lose skin thickness and density, skin is less hydrated and elastic, therefore the natural process of wrinkling begins.
The study shows that we can reverse this process with collagen supplementation. In fact there was an improvement of 14% in maximum wrinkle depth and 12% in wrinkle volumes after 12 weeks.
